Here’s what you need to know:
Shipping fees are non-refundable. When you place an order with Dirt Racing Apparel, you’re responsible for the original shipping charges, as well as any return shipping costs.
We ship all orders through standard Canada Post, and delivery can take 3+ business days.
We’ll get your order packed up and shipped within 48 hours of receiving your full payment. Dirt Racing Apparel ships to residential addresses, PO boxes, or workplaces – we’ve got you covered.
Preorders take a bit longer to ship.
Since we need to get your gear printed once the preorder ends, please allow extra time for production. We’ll get it shipped out as soon as the printing’s done, but keep in mind it may take a little longer than usual. We appreciate your patience, quality takes time.
Make sure you enter the correct address when placing your order. We can’t refund you or send a replacement if you mess up the address.
We’re not responsible for delays or delivery issues outside our control. If your package hasn’t arrived 30 days after being shipped, we’ll have to consider it abandoned. But don’t worry – we’ll do everything we can to make sure you get your shipment within those 30 days.
