Return And Refund

Overview

Our return and refund policy is good for 30 days. If it’s been more than 30 days since your purchase, we can’t offer a refund or exchange, no exceptions.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you got it, and in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To finish up your return, we’ll need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we get your return and inspect it, you’ll get an email letting you know we received it. We’ll tell you if your refund is approved or denied.

If approved, we’ll process your refund, and the credit will go back to your original payment method within a few days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, double-check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company, sometimes it takes time for the refund to post. Also, check with your bank, there could be processing time.

Sale items
Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale items? They’re final, no refunds.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they’re defective or damaged. Need an exchange for the same item? Hit us up at dirtracingapparel@gmail.com and send your item to: (1079 Daviau, St-Dominique, Quebec, Canada, J0L1H0)

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped to you directly, you’ll get a gift credit for the return value. Once we get the item, we’ll send you a gift certificate for the value.

If it wasn’t marked as a gift or if the gift giver had it shipped to themselves to give to you later, we’ll issue the refund to the gift giver, and they’ll know about the return.

Shipping returns
To return your product, send it to: (1079 Daviau, St-Dominique, Quebec, Canada, J0L1H0). You’re responsible for return shipping costs, and those aren’t refundable. If you get a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

Depending on where you’re at, it might take a while for your exchanged product to reach you.

For bigger-ticket items, use a trackable shipping service or get shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we’ll get your returned item.
